Valpak – Director of Promotions

Responsible for strategic development of promotion plan inclusive of brand identity, media mix, partnerships and sales strategy to increase consumer engagement, product usage and channel sales.

·Product Development and Revenue: develop products to create new revenue streams for key industry verticals. Development included ideation, creative, pricing, market testing, lifecycle analysis and launch.

·Partnerships: develop integrated cross promotions and partnerships with blue chip organizations to elevate brand, generate members and gain media exposure while generating new and incremental revenue. Partners include:
–Television Networks: CBS, TBS, TNT, HGTV, Food Network, A&E.
–Syndicated programming: The Ellen DeGeneres Show, The Martha Stewart Show, Wheel of Fortune.
–Movie Studios: Disney/Pixar, 20th Century Fox, DreamWorks, Warner Bros, Miramax, Paramount.
–Retail, package goods, & other clients including: Office Depot, NASCAR, Burger King, Campbell’s Soup, IHOP, H&R Block, Home Depot, Northwest Airlines, Liberty Tax, Subway.

–Community: Stamp Out Hunger; the nation’s largest one-day food drive sponsored by the National Association of Letter Carriers.
·Media Management-maximize B2C and B2B media exposure through partnerships, paid media schedule and product placement.

·Communications: responsible for the communication and positioning of marketing programs to internal and external audiences to educate and stimulate action.

·Organization, Department and Team: developed an award winning marketing team with sense of purpose, self-direction and accomplishment. Champion cross-departmental operations teams to ensure flawless execution of developed campaigns.
