As presdient of the agency, Cynthia works alongside co-owner Kelley McIntosh to lead zakHill, deliver client value and ensure that the alarm code is set at the office.

• Ticketmaster--managed major client marketing--worked with now business partner Kelley McIntosh
• ClearChannel Entertainment--part of team launching online radio;
• American Express--set strategy for how Cardmembers serviced, part of launch team for the famous "Black Card"
• MetLife--part of Group Health Care strategy group and paid for my Columbia University Masters Degree
