Nonprofit organizations have the power to transform lives when purpose, people, and strategy align. As National President and CEO of A Kid Again, I leverage more than two decades of nonprofit leadership experience to drive organizational growth, strengthen culture, and expand impact for families raising children with life-threatening conditions. My leadership philosophy centers on creating sustainable organizations that are built to serve more people, more effectively, for generations to come. Prior to my current role, I served as Regional Executive Director for a 14-state region at Canine Companions and held development leadership roles with Ronald McDonald House Charities. Across each organization, I have led initiatives involving capital campaigns, strategic planning, board engagement, organizational development, and comprehensive fundraising strategies. Today, I remain focused on guiding A Kid Again through thoughtful growth, fostering an inclusive culture, and building partnerships that increase access, opportunity, and joy for the families we serve. I am energized by mission-driven leadership, collaborative problem-solving, and opportunities to create lasting social impact.
