If you have any questions or need to make changes to your registration, email us at events@laoffice.com. Cancellations must be received at least 45 DAYS prior to the event to receive a refund. The L.A. Office will issue a refund less a $100 processing fee per registration. Please note that no credit vouchers or refunds are available for cancellations less than 45 DAYS before the event. Transfers within your company are welcome up to two weeks prior to the event for a fee of $100. The L.A. Office will make all possible adjustments, however, we may not be able to revise some printed materials. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, The L.A. Office reserves the right to alter the venue and/or speakers at any time. If for any reason The L.A. Office must cancel this event, The L.A. Office accepts no responsibility for airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants, including sponsors, speakers and guests.

When planning your travel, the Forum kicks off Monday, October 12 at 4PM with a reception, followed by the opening night party. Formal sessions are Tuesday and Wednesday with a special activity on Wednesday afternoon. We also have a farewell brunch Thursday morning and encourage everyone to stay through Wednesday's special activity to make the most out of the event!
