Scopely is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Monopoly Go! Team in Culver City on a hybrid basis, working 3 days a week from the hub.

Monopoly GO! is our new casual game and a key franchise that has just become Scopely’s largest game, enjoyed by millions of players. The team is based in Europe and the US, and works every day to create captivating new experiences for our players.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be a leader in player acquisition. This role will drive and defend the consumer advertising and brand marketing for a Scopely portfolio game, and must be able to deliver with hands-on management of creative execution, acquisition strategies, and promotion. The role will work in partnership with Creative, User Acquisition and ASO teams to build and optimise marketing and advertising that drives player awareness, interest and engagement!

What You Will Do

  • Test promo materials for your game – working closely with the IP-holder and Product team to get alignment and buy-in
  • Lead performance creative ideation with a firm grasp on the testing process & results reporting
  • Work closely with UA partner and Creative Lead and craft creative briefs for internal and external creative teams to ensure we produce resonant creatives across all performance channels – that are both on-brand and deliver excellent KPIs.
  • Lead, drive and refine team processes
  • Creatively iterate on channel strategy including ongoing hypothesis formation and calendar building
  • Key contributor to ASO testing roadmap and analysis
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in apps, casual, board or social casino gaming, with a drive for crafting brand image and consumer engagements
  • Experience working with mass IP entertainment brands: film, TV, toy, or game brands is a benefit
  • Strong experience in developing/driving impactful creative campaigns and excellent creative and aesthetic judgment.
  • A KPI and results-oriented person, capable of driving both tactical optimizations and media mix strategy and recommendations.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Desire to own projects through their full lifecycle: ideation, execution, and analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
