We are running an expedited interview process for EIGHT newly-posted roles in Marketing, including a Brand Manager, 2 Assistant Brand Manager, a Trade Marketing Manager, a Sr. Manager, Analytics, a Sr. Manager, US Media, an Assistant Manager, Social Media, a Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing, a Sr. Manager, Americas Partner Marketing.

You will identify and nurture strategic partners who can help reach new audiences – both with external brands and with Merlin Entertainments to develop brand programs for three LEGOLAND Parks and 11 LEGOLAND Discovery Centers in North America.

Core Responsibilities 

External Partnerships

• Lead development and activation of Americas partner marketing strategy, including due diligence assessment of brand fit, negotiation of mutual value creation, and cross-functional integration and optimization

• Manage identification, evaluation and activation of integrated programs that enhance brand equity and reinforce brand/product marketing initiatives through third-party promotional programs and strategic alliances

• Collaborate with marketing management, brand managers, and sales directors to create promotional partnership programs to support key marketing/sales priorities and objectives

• Build and maintain processes that support and sustain partner marketing strategy deployment across functions (sales, marketing, LEGO Retail, LEGO Agency, Model Shop)

• Collaborate with brand marketing team to provide counsel, guide and manage partner programs that support business objectives

• Lead Merlin Affairs integration with Americas marketing as primary liaison to North American LEGOLAND attractions, maintaining positive, ongoing, collaborative relationship

• Serve as LEGO and LEGOLAND brand champion within respective marketing planning processes, driving integration of core themes and brand priorities into LEGOLAND experiences and ensure LEGOLAND inclusion and optimization in brand programs, as relevant

• Strategically guide preparation, context and agenda setting for LEGO Systems/LEGOLAND North America top-to-top meetings

• Foster collaboration and best-practice sharing across Americas markets (U.S., Canada, Mexico, Latin America)

Brand Marketing is responsible for developing, managing and executing highly impactful and efficient consumer marketing programs to build the LEGO brand among consumers and retail customers.


Do you have what it takes?

• 5-7 years in a marketing role (agency experience preferred) managing partnerships or integrated marketing programs for consumer goods. Experience in toys, kids and family entertainment or media preferred. 

• Strategic thinker with a natural ability to envision solutions and develop sound activation plans and related processes

• Strong project management, planning and organizational skills

• Ability to multi-task several priorities simultaneously

• Negiotiation and decision making skills

• Results oriented collaborator

• Self-starter with great instincts 

• Excel in relationship mangement and teamwork 

• Polished, professional presence, poise, confidence and the ability to articulate messages in a clear, concise and enthusiastic manner

• Solid understanding of the marketing ecosystem and track record integrating marketing functions (e.g. PR, social, digital, retail)

• Demonstrated ability/experience in presentations internally and externally
