The Job Warner Bros. Distributing Inc. seeks a Manager for the Worldwide Promotional Partnerships & Alliances department. On assigned partnerships and under the direction and supervision of the Vice Presidents, the Manager acts as the day-to-day contact for the execution of domestic, global and international third-party theatrical promotional programs. The Daily
Manages the day-to-day execution of assigned film partnerships as follows:
Oversees final negotiation of Legal Promotional Contract.
Sets up Partner on WB online portal and gives them access to Style Guide, creative assets, etc. via BOX.
Leads bi-weekly / weekly conference calls with partners.
Tracks Partner’s campaign production timelines and deadlines.
Helps to develop promotional tactics and creative ideas for assigned partnerships.
Routes creative through internal departments (ie: Promotions, Creative, Digital, Legal, etc.), and assists VP in securing additional management, filmmaker, and stakeholder approvals – all as needed.
As assigned by VP’s, also works with Account Executive on specified programs.
Saves creative submissions/files to Shared Drive.
Coordinates screening programs and prize fulfillment.
Ensures all contract deliverables (ie: media plans, products samples, download codes, etc.) are received.
Oversees Domestic Budgets – including maintenance, tracking and updates – as assigned by VP’s. Provides VP’s with bi-weekly status budget updates.
Maintains relationships with and works directly with the Publicity, Creative Advertising, Digital, Media, Multi-Cultural Marketing, Integrated Marketing and Field Promotions teams on all assigned programs, to enhance overall marketing efforts and leverage any partnerships.
Works with various internal legal teams to ensure compliance with all required approvals and clearances as it relates to the use of film materials by promotional partners.
Works Premiere screenings and after-party events on an as needed basis.
Stays up to date on the latest innovations, digital technologies and emerging opportunities to enhance potential partnerships.
Adds film-specific program and/or creative updates to multiple reports, as needed, including: Contract Status, Promo Overviews, Filmmaker Status Decks, Fulfillment Charts.
BA/BS degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, or Business preferred.
Previous promotions and entertainment/studio or agency experience required.
