The Director, Corporate Partnerships pursues key partnerships with corporations across Metro Atlanta. These partnerships will yield revenue, expand awareness of Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta among corporate employees and consumers. In addition, the Director will leverage corporate talent to tackle the barriers to success that youth living in poverty face and that Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta seeks to address. This role will partner closely with the Senior Director of Institutional Giving, the Programs team, development colleagues, board members, and donors. The Director will manage a portfolio of more than 200 corporate donors who support the organization through donations, grants, volunteerism, and event sponsorships. The position will report directly to the Senior Director of Institutional Giving. 

-Solicits and manages an annual portfolio of 200+ corporations that align to and support BGMCA’s work.
-Solicits and manages sponsorships for organization-wide fundraising events.
-Stewards relationships by monitoring deliverables related to contributions, sharing relevant updates with the corporate staff, coordinating donor engagement opportunities, and cultivating support with the goal of renewing or expanding the relationship.
-Engages corporate partners in volunteer opportunities and special initiatives by developing opportunities for co-branding and consumer engagement as applicable.
-Manages the Manager, Community Engagement position which is responsible for individual and corporate volunteerism for the organization.
-Assists in the development of tailored proposals for corporate partners that align to the organization’s strategic priorities and provide appropriate a level of recognition to donors.
-Ensure funder database records are up-to-date, and aid in preparation of analytical reports to measure progress toward fundraising goals for BGCMA’s leadership
-Other duties as assigned


-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or Public Affairs
-4-6 years of experience identifying, soliciting and managing corporate and/or foundation partnerships
-Experience managing a small team or individuals a plus
-Experience engaging corporate employees in volunteer activities and/or pro bono projects a plus
-Experience with the development and execution of cause-related marketing partnerships a plus
-Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
-Experience with Raiser’s Edge or another CRM tool a plus
