This leadership position will be responsible for providing strategic direction of Agile adoption and will provide divisional level oversight of Agile methodologies leveraged to streamline the delivery of ALSAC’s integrated marketing campaigns and other divisional and enterprise initiatives.
This position is responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing a team of Agile Delivery Managers who are accountable for coaching, mentoring, and evangelizing Agile best practices across the Marketing Division for the purposes of promoting collaboration, transparency and ensuring a consistent approach to planning, execution and the facilitating the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns and enterprise initiatives.
Requires detailed understanding of marketing workflow management, Agile principles; general knowledge of communications, marketing strategies; knowledge ordinarily acquired through attainment of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field and 3+ years of marketing communications or related experience including at least one (1) year of supervisory experience; possess excellent diplomatic skills.
Prefer an active Certification in at least one of the following professional designations:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified Team Coach (CTC), SA (SaFE Agilest Certification), or PMI-ACP (Project Management Institute – Agile Certified Practitioner).
Requires thorough knowledge of Marketing and general management methods within non-profit agencies; speak and write in a clear and understandable manner for internal/external relations; understand extremely complex verbal or written instructions; detailed knowledge of all mediums and tools of communications. Requires excellent attention to detail, communications skills; requires ability to maintain absolute confidentiality. Must have strong leadership skills and be able to strategically lead Agile teams; exercising strong interpersonal skills. Thorough understanding of Agile methodologies, values, and procedures.
