Title: Senior Strategist



An experienced Account Strategist who has the ability to deliver strategy within our client solutions team on multiple accounts and manage relationships, both internally and with clients. This role goes beyond project management, leading on strategy managing client goals and KPIs. The Senior Strategist will work closely other key members of the team, supporting major agency accounts and leading on others.


  • Client Relationship Management
  • To be confident and client facing, delivering strategic advice and managing all workflows through to delivery in a timely manner
  • Oversee client strategy for select group of clients
  • Understand client objectives and challenges and work with the internal agency team to present clear solutions
  • Knowledge of digital media buying landscape and social advertising platforms
  • Direct the team on regular reporting and lead on analysis as a hands-on member of the team
  • Ensure all needs and requests are handled appropriately internally and externally, including budgeting/strategic planning, negotiation, partnerships, promotions, analysis/reporting, and billing
  • Ensure all efforts are aligned across paid, earned, owned and creative creating an efficient and comprehensive campaign strategy and timeline
  • Coordinate with accounting to handle financial management of client accounts, including vendor invoice approvals and reconciliations.
  • Offer support to Senior Director, Client Solutions as required for the purposes of preparing and delivering all client facing materials.
  • Bring value to clients through a strong commitment to success, consistent performance and the ability to develop a wide range of ideas and solutions
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of, and be conversant in, each client’s business – their key issues, competitive situation and industry trends
  • Coordinate and oversee all marketing needs for clients’ settlements
  • Lead client meetings and calls as required
  • Act as collaborative thought leader for agency as a whole and work to meet all corporate goals
  • Identify areas for client growth through new service areas and additional departments
  • Work on any new business pitches as needed and necessary
  • Participate in on-going agency education of new service lines and processes as well as keeping up on industry news and trends

  • Effectively co-ordinate with senior staffers from account management and other departments as project objectives or issues warrant.

  • Previous experience with digital media a plus
