Title: Media Mix Manager



Key Responsibilities:

  • Help develop a process and discipline for measuring and optimizing marketing execution and strategies based on marketing analytics
  • Produce a scalable and standardized process for developing, tracking and reporting campaign success
  • Partner with key stakeholders to identify and align on a globally consistent set of marketing metrics to enable comparison across campaigns, channels and geographies as well as best practice sharing
  • Develop econometric marketing mix models to measure effectiveness of marketing programs and influence allocation across marketing channels
  • Work with key business partners to design, prioritize and provide transparency into the status of projects and analysis
  • Identify and work with the most qualified partners/vendors to support reporting and analytical requirements
  • Collaborate across the team and organization to ensure analysis take into account the business environment and context
  • Synthesize insights and key findings in presentations and in other internal communication channels


Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Graduated college or university with a Bachelor, Masters, or MBA degree
  • 5-7 years of relevant (consulting, finance, analytical marketing) work experience
  • Academic experience evaluated in conjunction with work experience
  • An evidenced interest in marketing, analytics and financial services / asset management
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, statistical skills. Experience with econometric modeling, multivariate regression, logistic regression, predictive modeling preferred
  • A proven track record of triangulating disparate data and turning them into business recommendations and actions
  • Ability to understand business issues and models then translate them into metrics and analysis plans
  • Fluent in oral and written English and strong knowledge of another language preferred
  • Great team player. Mature and easy to communicate with. Strong work ethic. Ability to multitask and proven time management skills. Self-starter. Problem solving mentality – a “can do” attitude when faced with limited data or unclear objectives
  • Extensive experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint). Proficiency in statistical packages SPSS, SAS or R
