Title: Salesforce Reporting & Campaign Manager



Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and report on numerous personalization journeys for consumers and guests that take place in advertising, on our website, in our mobile app, across our guest portals, and in our parks leveraging Salesforce Interaction Studio, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and related
  • Create and disseminate regular reports about our guests, including: Demographics and psychographics (in conjunction with research team); Behavior in our parks, including in-park spending; Engagement with our campaigns and programs; Loyalty and retention; Lifetime value
  • Create and maintain scoring systems relative to engagement, likeliness to churn, in-park spending, etc to allow us to more effectively target consumers
  • Create actionable segments that can be used for advertising, sales, email, and other channels
  • Regularly report on Membership churn (voluntary and involuntary)
  • Develop metrics to determine our best and worst customers for targeting purposes
  • Create reports to help drive insight into guest spend at the park, loyalty program usage, and other key guest experience analytics
  • Partner cross-functionally to build personalization use cases that span entire guest experience.
  • Various other projects and duties as assigned



  • Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Specialist/PowerUser.
  • 5 years of experience with marketing technology, IT, CRM/analysis.
  • Strong understanding of Marketing objectives, goals and strategies and ability to leverage marketing technology solutions to execute against objectives.
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment, often under tight deadlines.
  • Highly self-motivated contributor who works well as an individual and within a team environment.
  • An ability to think strategically with a strong ability to execute plans.
  • Strong initiative. Energetic. Outgoing. Can-do attitude.
  • Willing to work on weekends when necessary (we are a theme park company!)
  • Eligible/authorized to work in the USA (without visa sponsorship).
