Title: Field Marketing Manager



Develops and consults in the execution of a wide variety of marketing and advertising plans targeted to franchisees’ region or local markets

• Supports Marketing team with production and execution of national campaigns

• Coach and train franchisee parties to develop the necessary Local Store Marketing (LSM) plans and strategies for the execution of activities and tactics

• Support franchisees marketing planning and grand opening activity with in-market support. Local and national travel, as required

• Manages and monitors regional franchisee marketing or LSM vendors to ensure marketing tactics align with brand guidelines

• Develops and implements LSM tools and programs that meet franchisee needs and corporate objectives

• Develops monthly measurement reports of the marketing activities that capture LSM activity objectives, program timing, program results, and sales transaction impact

• Produces financial analysis regarding business conditions (pre/post) and effectiveness of any given marketing plan, as required

• Serves as a point of contact for all marketing questions relating to Field Marketing or LSM

• Performs and presents group presentations, as required

• Oversees the execution of Franchisee’s planned activities such as programs, sponsorships, and events for approved Local Store Marketing initiatives, as required

• Coordinate production of new in-store marketing assets (local ads, coupons, etc.) working closely with creative teams (agency or freelancers), printers, and internal teams to get approvals

• Supports Marketing team with production and execution of national campaigns

• Supports the Marketing team to execute the onboarding process for new franchisees.

• Supports other departments to develop or execute Marketing related initiatives

  • Field Marketing experience in a multi-unit restaurant /retail environment preferred (but not required)

  • General knowledge of core marketing concepts and competencies

  • Operational mindset with strong interpersonal skills

  • Expert time management and project organizational skills

  • Ability to Travel
