Strategic Director, Corporate Alliances within the Corporate & Sports Alliances organization is responsible for developing a revenue pipeline of new corporate partnerships cultivating and growing existing national, multi-dimensional, million-dollar+ corporate partnerships. These corporate relationships are critical to the growth of ACS – both in advancing mission efforts, customer engagement/relevancy and, most importantly, revenue generation. The Strategic Director will bring advanced knowledge in a range of cross functional industries with an expertise of knowledge in Retail/E-Commerce, Consumer Goods/Services, Professional Services and other sectors as assigned.
This Strategic Director must be able to influence and learn from diverse internal stakeholders to identify and develop the best value proposition for each account for mission impact and revenue generation. Individual must have knowledge base of sales, marketing, foundation, CSR, employee engagement/HR, procurement, benefits to develop partnerships. In addition, individual will be accountable for collaborating with those in regional geographies in order to coordinate and implement the best account strategy for partner and ACS. Also, this leader interacts with external CEOs, EVPs, SVPs across many functions – depending on the access point within a corporation – in order to assess the mutually beneficial intersection for collaboration.
A highly trained account development manager with a track record of successfully establishing and managing multi-dimensional partnerships in targeted industries – non-profit experience a plus, but not a requirement.

The compensation range established for this position begins at a minimum of $89,700* Actual starting pay may differ based on non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
