This position will lead the Marketing organization’s fundraising efforts to build Brand partnerships with Companies to engage their consumers and employees to benefit Heifer International. This role will identify prospects, develop all employee engagement, cause marketing and corporate philanthropy strategies and manage new and existing business partnerships. Also responsible for managing relationships with 3rd party fundraisers and stewarding employee side relationships with GPA team.

A. Create and grow new business opportunities to grow our fundraising efforts. (65%)
B. Provide stellar stewardship and account management of secured partner programs. (20%)
C. Develop, grow, and adapt strategic plans for cause marketing and employee engagement initiatives, including accountability for financial goals. (5%)
D. Collaborate cross-functionally across the marketing organization to maximize cause marketing efforts. (5%)
