Title: Manager, Talent and Brand Integration
Vets advertiser requests for select shows with show producers and serves as a liaison between programming, ad sales and other departments including traffic/continuity, affiliate relations, public relations and marketing.
Manages network promotions including development and execution of sweepstakes and contests
Coordinates weekly show meetings, agendas, vetting and promotion tracking client / talent meetings as assigned
Manages PromoSuite interface for promotions
Manages select travel schedules
Processes expense reports.
Prepares reports as needed, e.g., for sales, research and data analysis projects.
Create Powerpoint proposals and presentations as assigned
Assist in create sales/marketing/promotions packages
Interacts with company personnel at all organizational levels.
Experience in entertainment marketing, sponsorship and media.
Ability to think creatively and generate original ideas for programming integrations, advertising sales solutions and national promotions
Ability to create power point presentations, research, tracking and recap reports with meticulous attention to detail
Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure, and to react quickly to changes
Ability to plan and organize, set priorities, multi-task and meet tight deadlines
Full knowledge of the broadcast/promotions law, rules and industry regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, PromoSuite and social networking platforms
Must be able to work with confidential information, maintain a positive, upbeat attitude, work long hours if required and be self-motivated in a team environment
Excellent communication skills, complemented by diplomacy, empathy and patience required
