Title: Coordinator, Franchise Management



Legendary Entertainment is seeking a Coordinator to join its Franchise Management team. The Coordinator will support the Franchise team which operates a number of business lines, including Consumer Products, Interactive, Brand Partnerships and Promotions, and Location-Based Entertainment. This the role will provide administrative support for the department (scheduling, booking travel, expenses, etc) while also adding value to the business operations by assisting in product development and approval activities, managing assets and other creative materials, and working closely with other teams including marketing, creative and legal. Franchise Management is embedded within Legendary’s vibrant, high volume Marketing department and works across all of our Film, TV, and Comics brands. We are looking for a highly organized self-starter to take on this role.


  • Manage calendars, including booking/confirming meetings and arranging visitor passes.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements.

  • Process expense reports and invoices.

  • Assist in creating presentations, documents, and agendas for meetings.

  • Assist with research, creative ideation, asset management, and brand approvals.

  • Follow up on pitch meetings with brand sales materials.

  • Provide assets and assist in onboarding process of new partners.

  • Collaborate with the creative team to gather product assets to develop branded products.

  • Review and approve product submissions from partners.


Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Industry experience preferred

  • Genuine interest and knowledge of film, tv and interactive media spaces

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

  • Excellent/professional verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment

  • Proven track record of reliability and responsibility

  • Detail oriented

  • Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality standards

  • High comfort level with collaboration, but also has the confidence to run with a project independently when called upon to do so
