Vudu is part of Fandango, a division of NBCUniversal's Direct-to-Consumer business unit. Duties will include working with multiple departments of the company including Marketing, Merchandising, Publicity, Production, Partner Sales & Fandango ticketing, and Creative. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented with an ability to handle multiple projects at once and prioritize within a fast-paced work environment. Excellent communication skills are a necessity.



  • Organize updates, monitor and communicate monthly calendar of promotions, key moments, and new home entertainment releases across the enterprise.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and execute multiple programs simultaneously.

  • Handle invoicing, payment of vendor invoices and set-up of new vendors in SAP finance system (experience with SAP a major plus)

  • Ad hoc research and analysis of various home entertainment industry trends and promotions.

  • Build promotions and marketing reports to track campaigns and programs. This includes working with customer care and internal teams to resolve customer care issue due to promotions.

  • Engage with studios and partners to manage relationships and work on gathering promotion and studio inputs.

  • Support larger marketing campaigns that may include product launches, focus releases, key cultural moments, major NBCU enterprise initiatives and partnerships


Collaborate with Vudu teams to build campaigns and develop/present learnings after the campaign ends. This includes trafficking campaign assets, setting up custom reporting, and creating campaign briefs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Overall 3+ years’ experience with 1+ years of experience working on multi-channel campaigns
• Effective communication skills, both internally and externally; you follow up with people rather than their needing to follow up with you
• A great team-player, willing to roll-up the sleeves and collaborate with team members to meet business goals.
• Position can be the Bay Area. Should be available to work west coast hours.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels of an organization
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Excellent organizing, problem solving skills and scheduling abilities.
• Strong attention to detail is necessary.
