The National Park Foundation is currently recruiting for an Account ManagerCorporate Partnerships to oversee various corporate accounts and manage corporate partner relationships. This position offers an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to make a significant impact on the future of private philanthropy and corporate partnerships in benefiting our national parks.


This position is responsible for managing corporate relationships and partnership fulfillment with current corporate partners – from major promotional cause-marketing partners to licensing deals to event sponsors to restricted gifts – and supporting overall corporate fundraising efforts. The successful Account Manager will follow corporate partnership practices and trends, as well as be interested in utilizing brand marketing, PR, social media, digital, experiential, promotions, and creative to bring 360 partnerships to life. 


Reporting to the Director, Corporate Partnerships, the Account Manager will also support the broader Corporate Partnerships team in partner reporting, database support, and more. This is a full-time position and may require some travel with expenses paid to attend partner meetings or activations.


RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES 



  • Manage day-to-day partnership needs, activation, and fulfillment for national campaign sponsors, cause marketing partners, licensees, philanthropic corporate donors, and more across varied sectors.

  • Support partner planning and activation meetings (some travel required). Provide strategic ideas and input for the development of marketing and communications projects, campaigns, and plans for partners and the corporate team.

  • Shepherd partner product and partnership announcements, content, and activations through marketing, communications, and NPS review and approval process.

  • Seek and develop additional revenue opportunities as appropriate.

  • Track and record partner activities in reports and organization’s database in a timely fashion.

  • Communicate corporate partnership goals and priorities to internal and external stakeholders through briefing materials, decks, and presentations.

  • Draft and prepare renewal strategies, term sheets, proposals, and contracts for partnership renewals. Handle invoicing for assigned corporate partners.

Qualifications

SSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES 


The ideal candidate should have the following: 



  • 3-5 years of experience in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

  • Experience in fundraising, cause marketing, sponsorship, marketing or related field.

  • Demonstrated ability in high-level relationship management.

  • Proven skills to organize, prioritize, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing, on the phone, and in person.

  • Detail-oriented with a high level of diplomacy and professional persona.

  • Experience in customer or client management.

  • Experience using Raiser’s Edge or similar customer management database.

  • Strong computer skills using MS Office, including Microsoft PowerPoint.
