Founded in 2002, Operation Homefront is a national nonprofit organization whose mission is to build strong, stable, and secure military families so they can thrive, not simply struggle to get by, in the communities they have worked so hard to protect. Operation Homefront is sourcing candidates for a Director, Partnership Marketing position in McLean, VA or remote.
The Director, Partnership Marketing, manages an aggressive portfolio of major corporate partners to execute agreed upon deliverables, as well as identifies, develops, and presents opportunities to secure additional revenue, such as cause marketing. In addition, this role provides direct supervision to a team of Manager(s) focused on stewarding multi-year partnerships in support of the Operation Homefront mission. This position works cross functionally (i.e. Business Development, Integrated Public Relations, Regional Teams, etc.) to support stewardship and partnership renewal efforts, including working with Human Resources to devise corporate employee engagement strategies. Additional responsibilities include donor contract renewals, revenue, and pipeline management alongside the Director of Business Development, forecasting and other relevant duties. General office and sedentary. Use of personal computing equipment, telephone, multi-functioning printer and calculator. Manual dexterity, ability to lift up to 10 pounds. Ability to drive a motor vehicle and travel to and from meetings, training sessions or other business-related events to include overnight travel at least 40% of the time. May be required to work after hours to include weekends and holidays.
