Title: Director, National Strategic Partnerships



  • Leads the design and implementation of partner strategies by creating, developing, stewarding, and mapping national campaign activations. This mindset is essential to developing strategic plans to grow fundraising annually, finding new opportunities and creating an end-to-end experience with national partners.

  • Leads relationships with partner day-to-day contacts, executive level leadership, field leadership and other management levels. Responsible for growing relationships and partnership buy-in to increase fundraising.

  • Builds new relationships to increase buy-in, adoption and fundraising across all facets of the partners’ business and network, including vendor relationships, consumer packaged goods and partner affiliates.

  • Proficient at clearly articulating CMN Hospitals programs, listening to corporations’ needs and aligning programs to their interests, preparing campaigns, and engaging CSR staff.

  • Manages information necessary for campaign wrap reports and partnership impact reports.

  • Assists with the creation and tracking of a year-round stewardship and recognition plan for partners, ensuring all touchpoints are accurately captured in Salesforce, the company customer relationship management tool (CRM).

  • Proactively develops consistent, ongoing communication and collaboration with internal teams

  • Forecasts partnership portfolio revenue monthly to track against annual revenue goals.

Work Environment/Travel

  • Time will be spent in an office setting

  • Work hours will vary depending on partner schedules, project deadlines, and the needs of the organization.

  • A willingness and ability to travel up to 40% of the time.


  • Knowledge of general business and management principles. involved in planning, leadership, fundraising, customer service and coordination of people and resources to meet customer needs.

  • Knowledge of principles and methods for promoting and selling the unique fundraising services of CMN Hospitals.

  • 5 + years of relevant experience and/or in combination with a bachelor’s degree is preferred

  • Advanced degrees such as MA, or MBA are typically not required
