AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION and ConAgra Foods partnered up in promotion of Healthy Choice frozen foods. The partnership provided the oppotunity to reclaim consumer mindshare as the authority in healthy eating. It also leveraged the movement that encourages all Americans to create a culture of physical health by incorporating balanced nutrition and physical activity into their daily lives. This developed a fully integrated plan for the Healthy Choice/American Heart Association partnership under the umbrella platform of Start Making Choices. The Start Making Choices program, was a free online program with personalized tools to help consumers find balance in nutrition and activity. The program became instrumental in penetration gains and increased buy rate on Healthy Choice. Online exceeded expectation with increased visitors from same period YAG by +87% and visits +49%.
