The American Association and Subway Restaurants joined forces to promote the AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION''S HEART WALK through an instant win game and sweepstakes. Consumers had a chance to register online at subwayfreshsolutions.com to win an instant win game prize and be automatically entered into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes Drawing. One grand prize winner was drawn each week for seven weeks. Participants who came back to play had a chance to win one of seven grand prizes. For every person registered, Subway restaurants donated 25 cents to the American Heart Association (up to $40,000). The sweepstakes began January 2, 2006 and ended February 19, 2006.
