Sonesta Hotels teamed up with Best Friends Animal Society to support the society’s mission to end homelessness for animals. These hotels also offer opportunities for guests and team members to donate to help save the lives of dogs, cats and other animals.

Sonesta welcomes pets of all stripes and spots to be their guest with their PAWS (Pets Are Welcome at Sonesta) program. Sonesta joins forces with Best Friends Animal Society® in its mission to save the lives of dogs and cats in America's shelters by 2025.

Sonesta is committed to supporting Best Friends Animal Society’s® initiatives and their efforts to eradicate the problem of homeless pets, so guests can feel good when they book a PAWS pet-friendly room with us. Sonesta encourages their hotels to dedicate space for pet adoptions to pair families with a new furry friend. It’s how they're doing their part to help Best Friends achieve its mission to Save Them All®.

Sonesta plans to offer animal volunteering opportunities for team members at Best Friends Animal Society centers in Salt Lake City, Los Angeles, New York City, Atlanta, Houston and Northwest Arkansas and their national network of animal shelters. Sonesta also intends to host future animal adoption events and other programs at Sonesta Select properties.
