Honda and A&M Records gave consumers a chance to drive away with a BLACK EYED PEAS customized and autographed Civic Hybrid. From Feb. 15 to Aug. 15 consumers entered to win the sweepstakes at The sweepstakes was a part of the 2006 Honda Civic Tour, which kicked off March 23 in Fresno, CA, which featured the hip-hop band The BLACK EYED PEAS. The Grammy-winning artists hit the stage in more than 35 cities nationwide to promote their Monkey Business album. The Civic Hybrid, which is emblazoned with a monkey in the center of the car's hood, was showcased in each city the tour visits. The promotion began February 15th and ended on August 15th 2006.
