The Dale Jr. Foundation and Nationwide Children's Hospital teamed up to "Sock-It to Childhood Cancer."

Carter, a patient at Nationwide Children’s Hospital designed a special pair of socks to help spread hope and raise awareness for childhood cancer. If you purchased a pair of socks, a portion of the proceeds from every pair help give children like Carter the care they need. Funds raised from sales of the socks went directly to the Dale and Amy Earnhardt Fund at Nationwide Children's Hospital for the purpose of childhood cancer and rehabilitation research.
