Description:

Disney and Pixar teamed up with Cricket Wireless to celebrate the all-new feature film “Elemental,” with advertisements featuring Cricket characters watching and commenting on the film’s trailer. The campaign ran on DirectTV as well as Meta, Snap, and Pinterest.

In the commercials, Cricket characters talked about how opposites attract, but still, they share a bond with Cricket’s strong 5G network. 

Cricket also hosted a “Fly Away to the Premiere” sweepstakes with a chance to be one of the first to see “Elemental” at the Los Angeles premiere event. Starting May 15, anyone 21 or older could enter for a chance to win. One winner received a trip to the “Elemental” premiere, a smartphone with one year of Cricket service, and a $500 gift card. In addition, 100 winners received four $15 Fandango promo codes to purchase tickets. For a bonus entry, anyone could visit any of Cricket’s 4500+ retail stores and scan the “Elemental” QR code.
