Warner Bros. Pictures teamed with Warner Bros. Television and "The Big Bang Theory" to promote the theatrical release of FANTASTIC BEASTS: THE CRIMES OF GRINDELWALD. The promotion took the form of a sweepstakes where every weekday between October 8 and October 19, fans could watch "The Big Bang Theory" to learn the word of the day and then visit the sweepstakes website to enter to win or text the word. The grand prize was determined by random drawing. The grand prize winner received round-trip economy class airfare for the prizewinner and one guest to London, standard hotel accommodations in for three nights, one $1,000 gift card or cash or cash equivalent, two tickets to the premiere screening of the film, transportation for prizewinner and one guest to and from the airport in London, as well as FANTASTIC BEASTS: THE CRIMES OF GRINDELWALD merchandise.
