Description:
HBO partnered once again with Diageo for a partnership celebrating the final season of GAME OF THRONES. HBO had previously partnered Diageo last year to unveil a limited-edition White Walker by Johnnie Walker Scotch whisky. Ahead of the 2019 debut of GAME OF THRONES, HBO teamed with Diageo once again.

The partnership celebrated the final season of the series by creating a collection of GAME OF THRONES-inspired whiskey. The collection featured eight custom whiskies correlating to the eight seasons of the HBO series.

Each of the Scotch whiskies in the collection was paired with one of the Houses of Westeros, the fictional continent depicted in the show, as well as the Night’s Watch. Diageo designed each whiskey based on the similarities between its Scottish distilleries and the fictional areas depicted in the series:

-House Stark – Dalwhinnie Winter’s Frost; ABV 43%

-House Tully – Singleton of Glendullan Select; ABV 40%

-House Targaryen – Cardhu Gold Reserve; ABV 40%

-House Lannister – Lagavulin 9yo; ABV 46%

-The Night’s Watch – Oban Bay Reserve; ABV 43%

-House Greyjoy – Talisker Select Reserve; ABV 45.8%

-House Baratheon – Royal Lochnagar 12yo; ABV 40%

-House Tyrell – Clynelish Reserve; ABV 51.2%.
