Description:
Loot Crate teamed with FocusAid to benefit the charity organization GAMERS OUTREACH. FocusAid, a product of LIFEAID Beverage Co., and Loot Crate, collectible subscription box behemoth, staged an 8-hour fundraising stream on July 28th, 2018 from 12pm PST through 8pm PST that was accessible at twitch.tv/lootcrate. The stream was filled with donation perks, incredible stream goals and challenges, fantastic giveaways from FocusAid, LifeAid, and Loot Crate, with mega prize packs unlocked throughout the day. The proceeds from this joint fundraising effort went to Gamers Outreach which provides equipment, technology and software to help children cope with treatment inside hospitals. Due to this successful partnership, Gamer’s Outreach was able to equip hospitals and care centers with these specially designed gaming stations to minimize trauma and increase joy for these young patients.
