DoSomething.org partnered with Tinder to ask its users looking to make a special connection to do so differently on Giving Tuesday for those in need. The social hook-up brand created a message with #imavailable that people could easily share to any of their social networks, to let their community know they were available to volunteer – whether it was helping a friend move, donating time to a soup kitchen, buying Christmas gifts for those who can’t afford them or just being available as a listening ear. On Giving Tuesday, November 28, Tinder donated $100 to DoSomething.org each time someone shared the #imavailable message (up to $200,00).
