20th Century Fox teamed with Google to promote the Google Assistant with HOME ALONE. The promotion consisted of a TV Spot in which Macaulay Culkin reprised his role as the ever-resourceful Kevin in the new holiday film, "Home Alone Again with the Google Assistant." The video featured a modern-day Kevin, who showed what happens when he finds that he has the house to himself, and the Google Assistant on his side. He added aftershave to his shopping list, set an “Operation Kevin” custom routine to lock his door, turned on the lights and made sure the Wet Bandits don’t stand a chance. Starting on December 20, 2018, the Google Assistant recreated some of the most iconic moments from the film with quotes when prompted by the phrase “Hey Google…”
