Universal Pictures and Unilever teamed up to promote the theatrical release of MAMMA MIA! through Ponds. A ponds magazine advertisement featured prominate MAMMA MIA! artwork along with a "Ponds Dynamo Trio" contest. The advertisement encouraged contestants to listen to a recording of a song from MAMMA MIA! then use a recording device included in the advertisement to record their own version of the song. After sending in the entry form and song box, contestants got to vote for their favorite song rendition. Grand prize winners received a trip to London. Thoes who voted for the contest winners were also entered in a drawing for a chance to win a movie screening in their hometown for up to 200 guests. Sweepstakes ended June 13, 2008.
