Warner Bros. Pictures and Starwood partnered to promote the release of Music & Lyrics with a red-carpet premiere auction. Starwood Preferred Guest could use their Starpoints to bid on one of ten chances to attend the premiere of the film in Los Angeles on February 7, 2007. Bids start at 25,000 points. The red-carpet package includes two tickets to the world premiere of the film, red-carpet entry and an invitation to the after-party. Promotion ran from 1/25-2/3.
