Description:

In a first-of-its-kind collaboration for the league, the NFL has partnered with Diageo to make the alcohol company its first-ever official spirits sponsor.

The partnership consisted of a ground-breaking multi-year commitment that made Diageo the first official spirits sponsor of the NFL.

The partnership kicked off during the 2022 NFL season and included Diageo being integrated into fan activations as well as television, digital and social content. The collaboration included Diageo brands such as Smirnoff Vodka, Crown Royal Canadian Whisky and Captain Morgan Spiced Rum. 

Captain Morgan Spiced Rum also served as the presenting sponsor for the NFL's annual Fan of the Year contest which offered the chance for a winning fan to be celebrated at Super Bowl LVI.
