The National Football League (NFL) and Doritos teamed up to promote the NFL PRO-BOWL with an online instant win game. Contestants played the game by registering online at http://www.doritos-football.com/Register.aspx and submitting a promotion code from advertisements posted on vending machines carrying Doritos brand products, available at participating locations during the Game Period. Upon submitting a promotion code, the website immediately notified a player as to whether or not he/she was a potential winner of an Instant-Win Prize. Players could play the instant win game a maximum of once per day. One Grand Prize winner received a 4-night trip for two to the 2009 NFL PRO BOWL in Honolulu, Hawaii. Five First Prize winners received an autographed football signed by the winner's choice of Dan Marino, Jerry Rice, Troy Aikman or Barry Sanders. Fifty-six Second Prize winners received an NFL DVD. The online instant win game began October 6, 2008 and ended December 1, 2008. This promotion was advertised on select vending machines carrying Doritos products nationwide.
