Building on its dominance during the 2019 Chicken Sandwich wars, Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen announced its fanciest collaboration yet, the “Spicy TRUFF Chicken Sandwich.” Teaming up with award-winning truffle pantry staple brand TRUFF, the latest culinary innovation aimed to elevate the beloved Popeyes Chicken Sandwich.

Bringing fancy flair, the TRUFF x Popeyes Spicy TRUFF Chicken Sandwich featured a hand-battered and breaded to-perfection whole chicken breast, barrel-cured pickles, TRUFF’s Spicy Mayo featuring the bold flavors of red jalapeno, rich creamy mayo, and black winter truffle, all held between a buttery brioche bun.

Additionally, Popeyes also created the “Build Your Own” TRUFF menu on its app and website. The digital menu option offered guests the opportunity to add a side of TRUFF Spicy Mayo to their favorite Popeyes dishes.
