Walt Disney Studios partnered with Noovie ARcade to celebrate the theatrical release of RALPH BREAKS THE INTERNET: WRECK-IT RALPH 2. The promotion consisted of an augmented reality smartphone game in theaters. Moviegoers who downloaded the Noovie ARcade app could play the game during movie previews at 1,700 theaters including AMC, Cinemark and Regal Entertainment Group. Starting from November 2, 2018, audiences were able to play interactive AR title Ralph Breaks the Internet on the Noovie ARcade companion app ahead of the film’s release. In the experience, they were able to enter the virtual Pancake Milkshake Café and tap the buttons to feed the Kitty and Bunny as fast as they could– just like in the official teaser trailer.
