Arby’s promoted Ubisoft’s Rabbids franchise via in-store POP and integration into the Arby’s kids meal program. With the purchase of an Arby’s kids meal at participating Arby’s restaurants, consumers received a Rabbids-themed meal bag and one of six collectible toy tokens. The toy tokens featured an AR scanning function that drove consumers to download the co-branded “Rabbids Arby’s Rush” app (based on the Rabbids Crazy Rush mobile game) and unlock exclusive Arby’s-branded outfits and coins in the game.
