20th Century Fox teamed up with Rovio, the creator of the hit app Angry Birds, to promote the theatrical release of the animated film, Rio. Gamers were given a chance to play Angry Birds Rio where the original birds were kidnapped and taken to Rio. The promotion ran Q1 2011.
