Discovery Channel teamed up with American Red Cross to promote SHARK WEEK. Red Cross held special SHARK WEEK themed blood drives throughout July and early August. All donors received a limited edition SHARK WEEK Blood Drive T-shirt and could enter the SHARK WEEK Sweepstakes to win a Galapagos Island trip for two.
