Description:

Universal Pictures and McDonald’s partnered to celebrate the release of animated film SING. The partnership included eight collectable Happy Meal toys of the animal characters from the film. Each toy sang or spoke a line from the film when it registered a clapping noise nearby. The toys could also be scanned for McPlay Power, which unlocked games playable on smartphones and tablets.

Additionally, the McDonald’s Happy Meal website also featured printable SING activity pages with puzzles, mazes and film themed illustrations to color.

The promotion also included a TV and digital ad showing characters from the film singing their Happy Meal order at a McDonald’s drive-through.
