Six Flags collaborated with Genius Brands International’s tween brand, SpacePOP, to create a unique brand experience through a national summer partnership in 2017. SpacePOP original content and music videos ran across the award-winning Six Flags Media Networks at 10 U.S. Theme Park locations, and co-sponsored by VideoBomb. The content included music videos and trailers running on SFTV along with SpacePOP music, which played on Six Flags radio network. Six Flags Over Texas Karaoke Stage and audience area was SpacePOP branded and offered guests an opportunity to listen and sing along to their favorite SpacePOP music, with five original SpacePOP songs available. VideoBomb provided fans with the opportunity to create interactive SpacePOP music videos in-app in connection to a Six Flags Dream Trip Contest. Promoted through Six Flags Media Networks nationwide, in-park signage and VideoBomb street teams at five Six Flags locations, guests were encouraged to create a video and share with friends via social sharing sites using #sixflagscontest #spacepop #boom to enter for a chance to win a trip to the Six Flags U.S. Theme Park of their choice.
