DR.PEPPER/SEVEN UP, INC. and SONY PICTURES partnered to promote the sequel, SPIDER-MAN 2. Dr Pepper gave away 10 Dodge Vipers. Consumers could either look for the talking can which told them that they had won, or peek through Spider-Man`s Eye on special packaging. DR. PEPPER also gave away additional prizes including CDs, bikes, DVDs, and Burger King prizes. There were collectable cans with different SPIDER-MAN 2 visuals portraying Doc Ock. This promotion ran from May through September 2004.
