Ubisoft partnered with America's leading flash frozen beaded ice cream company, Dippin' Dots, to promote the teenage phenomenon STARLINK: BATTLE FOR ATLAS. The two companies teamed to create the ultimate sweepstakes, which began in November 2018. Five classic Dippin' Dots flavors were inspired from the game's unique characters – Chase's Super Speedy Strawberry, Mason's Asteroid Cookies 'n Cream, Levi's Cool Mint Chocolate, Judge's Interstellar Cotton Candy and Shaid's Battle Birthday Cake. The sweepstakes included a $350 gift card to enhance the Starlink experience along with the Starlink prize pack. The pack included the Starter Edition, which had a build-your-own modular starship model to use in epic space combat. Capabilities included swapping parts of the model to fully customize a dream starship. Players could mount the starship on the controller to make in-game changes in real time. Also, ten lucky runners-up received a free Dippin' Dots ice cream home delivery along with the "Starlink: Battle for Atlas" Starter Edition.
