NBC's THE APPRENTICE and El Pollo Loco teamed up to promote the El Pollo Loco brand and give consumers a chance to win tickets to THE APPRENTICE: Los Angeles live season finale. Contestants on Season 6, Episode 4 were challenged to create, promote and sell a new signature Pollo Bowl for the company, while El Pollo Loco created a similar online contest for its customers. Participants played an interactive feature called "Create Your Own Pollo Bowl" on the company's website, www.elpolloloco.com, and received a $2-off coupon toward their next purchase of the Original Pollo Bowl at any of the restaurant's 359 locations nationwide. The contest began on January 28, 2007 and continued through February 11, 2007.
