Contestants had to enter online at www.stepfathersweeps.mtv.com for an opportunity to win a make-over, shopping spree, and an intimate viewing party of “The Hills” from a luxury penthouse suite in Los Angeles. The sweepstakes ran from September 23, 2009 through October 16, 2009.
