DreamWorks SKG and Pedigree teamed up to promote the theatrical release of HOTEL FOR DOGS with a cause-marketing campaign. For every ticket purchased for the movie, Pedigree donated to The Pedigree Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides funding to animal shelters and breed rescues, up to $250,000. The bran?s "See the movie. Help a dog." motto was promoted via TV spots, online, in store and on popcorn bags in participating theaters. The promotion lasted through July 16, 2009.
