THE LONE RANGER and LEGO

Description:

For the anticipated wild west movie, THE LONE RANGER, Walt Disney Motion Pictures partnered with The Lego Company to promote their film to their younger audience. Lego recreated various scenes from the movie including some of the infamous characters like THE LONE RANGER, Tonto, Rebecca Reid, Butch Cavendish, etc. Children were able to purchase the different scenes, vehicles and characters as well as mix and match them. In addition to these toys, Lego created Lego version clips of the THE LONE RANGER as well as an interactive online game. Players objective was to try and help THE LONE RANGER escape from Butch Cavendish by throwing explosives and other items to prevent Cavendish from reaching THE LONE RANGER. THE LONE RANGER galloped onto the big screen on July 3rd, 2013.
