DreamWorks Animation and the National Responsible Fatherhood Clearinghouse (NRFC) teamed up to promotethe theatrical release of KUNG FU PANDA 3. Through the Fatherhood Involvement Campaign, the NRFC and the Ad Council aim to remind all fathers that their involvement is essential to their children’s well-being and encourages them to play an active role in their kids’ lives. They created a series of public service announcement (PSA) ads that feature footage from the film and reinforce their campaign tagline: “Take Time to Be a Dad Today” that show Po and his father, Li, spending quality time playing and learning from one another. Along with English and Spanish TV, outdoor, print and web ads, the campaign includes social and digital extensions that will be rolled out across the campaign and film’s social media channels.
